What Causes Dizziness,nausea And Erectile Dysfunction When Suffering From High BP?

my blood pressure is 135/101 sometimes higher than that. I have dizziness, nausua, sweating hot flashes, my feet twitch at night I vomit a few times a week, and im thirsty, and hungry a lot. I have trouble getting errections also. I am also overweight. I am 29 years old. male.do you know what this could be from.

Hi Welcome to HCM.
The symptoms in your case are largely related to the elevated blood pressure.These fluctuations can cause changes in the cerebral metabolism leading to dizziness and sensation of nausea.Erectile function in your case should be evaluated through venous doppler of the penile blood flow before attributing to elevated blood pressure.I advise you to get a complete blood picture of electrolytes and random blood sugar.Reduce the body weight to around BMI of 22.Restrict the intake of salt to less than 6 gm/day.Increase the intake of plenty antioxidants and vitamins particularly B12 will help to reduce the feet paresthesias.Consultation with a diabetologist is needed if elevated blood glucose and Hb1ac with antidiabetic drugs is needed.Maintain the adequate intake of water with 3-4 liters of water to replenish fluid losses.
A baseline 2 dimensional echocardiographic screening is needed to rule out organic heart disease.Consult a cardiologist for further queries.
