Hello welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Dizziness can be caused by high blood pressure as well as missed or additional beats also which are seen in holter monitoring.
High blood pressure with 3 medication needs evaluation.
You should go for -

1. Renal doppler study for kidney functioning. Serum creatinine, electrolytes level are important in proper evaluation of hypertension.

2.24 hrs urinary free metanephrine study is useful in cases of resistant hypertension. Ask your doctor about this, it's difficult for you to understand I know but have to give you information about this.

3.Also ask your doctoraabout 24 hrs ambulatory blood pressure monitoring which will give proper idea about fluctuations in blood pressure.

Go for this investigations I have advised, you will get the answer.
Thank you.
Have a nice day.
