Hello I am Dr Mittal. I have read your query. I think I can help you.
Unfortunately, there is no simple response to your query. The symptoms as mentioned by you in the query could be either due to a cardiac cause, or due to a neural cause or could simply be the burden and strain of the season. In such a situation, it is difficult to tell you the exact cause. You will need to get further tests done- Echocadiography, CV Doppler, EEG, blood counts and electrolytes are the tests that I would suggest to a patient I would have had a chance to examine. I recommend the same to you. I may be able to help you further if you inform me the reports. Meanwhile watch your fluid and electrolyte intake. Often, that itself may lead to your symptoms.
I have tried my best to make it as simple as possible. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Best of luck, Dr Mittal
