What Causes Dizziness While Suffering From Severe Anxiety?
I have a lot of anxiety and I m not for sure why, ive been feeling dizzy and I feel like I m going to pass out when I walk. I have rapid heartbeat and it goes faster when I stand up, please help me understand whats going on, thank you. I ALSO HAVE ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION AND I TAKE MEDICATION FOR IT.

1) Escalate the dose of the drug. Most commonly, Anxiolytics are prescribed. It includes SSRIs or TCAs. Benzodiazepines too can be used to stop the attack.
2) Counselling techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy, systemic desensitization and biofeedback are also useful.
3) Daily practicing stress relieving techniques like: lifestyle modifications, regular physical activity, relaxation techniques like mindfulness and meditation also help in reliving anxiety.
