What Causes Dizziness While Coughing?

Hi. I feel dizzy/woozy when I cough, sneeze or push for a bm. Just briefly and mild, but wondering what can cause this.
It only lasts like a second or two and then passes. Could I have an ear infection or could it be related to recent dental work (crown)?
