What Causes Dizziness When Suffering From Rheumatoid Arthritis ?

I have R A and yesterday I felt dizzy in the morning but it went away a bit later and felt fine for the rest of the day.
But this morning I am dizzy again and now a few hours later I still feel dizzy it is a bit better my blood pressure is normal

Thanks for your query.
It could be de to electrolyte imbalance. Most of the times these symptoms can be taken care of by taking electrolyte rich fluids. Another possibility could be cervical spondoyitis. The giddiness & the sensation of loss of balance is termed as CERVICAL VERTIGO. This is generally a benign condition and is usually self limiting.
