What Causes Dizziness, Tremors And Numbness In The Left Side Of The Face?

I am looking for causes of new symptoms in the last 3 mo. History of Chronic Fatigue while living in Indonesia. Functioning better being gluten free, able to work part-time. Recently, new fatigue with weakness, sleeping well but weakens exhausted. Numbness in cheek off and on, one episode of numbness down left arm affecting ring finger strength. All blood work clear, ct scan done(no news good news?) Today weak legs, fine tremor in hands, dizziness, numbness in face-left side, chin included- woke up this morning with numb kness gone now, emotional outburst with hubby last night, quick to tears. What might be going on? What further tests would be needed?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

MRI is suggested, further see a neurologist for any infract in brain or any growth. Physiotherapy will help your legs to keep in functioning. Eat healthy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
