Hello,

You have history of tube ligation done after the birth of your third child by C- section. Now you are experiencing abdominal movement, abdominal cramp, irregular period, headache, dizziness associated with breast pain and loss of appetite. Spasms and abdominal movements are commonly seen in gastritis, dehydration, and muscle strain, pregnancy, etc. Though you have tube ligation done, get clinically examined by a gynecologist to rule out pregnancy as 1 out of every 200 women become pregnant after tubal ligation.

Tubal ligation can increase your risk of an ectopic pregnancy. If you are not pregnant then get a thorough medical check up done as irregular periods, headache, dizziness are indicative of poor general health condition. Stay well hydrated, take protein, calcium, iron & mineral rich diet or supplements. Get treated for hormonal imbalance or any thyroid issues and PCOS, etc. For relief from abdominal cramps you can take antacids.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
