What Causes Dizziness, Fatigue, Hot Flashes And Chronic Headache?

I am experiencing some dizziness, fatigue and chronic headache. I am also having some hot flashes that cause me to break into a sweat. I am 69 years old. I had a hysterectomy at age 38 - ovaries still present. I was recently diagnosed with beginning stage diabetes. I am overweight.

Hello
thank you for the query
dizziness , fatigue and hot flushes are most common in elderly patients who had hysterectomy done , because of the low hormonal levels... and dizziness is common in diabetics too.. i suggest you to check your dizziness is due to low sugar levels... and the chronic head ache can be treated with NSAIDS in starting

i suggest you to take proper diabetic care and consult a gynecologist for hot flushes and dizziness you may need hormonal replacement therapy...
Hope this will help, feel free to ask further
