What Causes Dizziness, Fatigue And Nausea ?

dizziness, equilibrium problems, fatigue, nausea and this is on going for five weeks now. Eating is no longer a proble, in fact it is the only safe thing to do. Walking is less precarious as long as I keep focus on the goal and do not get distracted by cars or people.

Hi, thank you for posting.

I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns.

All your symptoms shows that you suffer from Cerebrovascular insufficiency, that might be caused by neck arthritis.
In these cases neck massage and Cinnarizine 25 mg.

But you need the following tests to be sure for the diagnosis:
1. Neck X-ray.
2. Complete blood count.
3. Glucose test, to rule out Diabetes mellitus because it is a disease that can cause your symptoms.
4. Urine test.

If these tests are negative, Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI) is necessary.

You should contact your neurologist.
