Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

First of all, she should measure her blood pressure, and it was high, she should receive medical treatment, decrease salt and fat intake and do an ECG and an ECHO on her heart. Second, the hormonal therapy for contraception or replacement therapy can cause similar symptoms, so she should ask a gynecologist for help. Moreover, the hormonal therapy can lead to decrease Vitamin B complex in her body, so she should take Vitamin B complex once per day after meals.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mustafa, Neurologist
