What Causes Dizziness, Breathlessness And Pain In The Chest And Back?

I have really bad anxiety like freak out over everything. Well tonight I m really dizzy feel like I can t catch my breath and my left chest is hurting and my back. I always freak out and think it s a heart attack I just had blood work done last week it was all normal.

Hello,

it can be due to acid reflux disease, ischaemic heart disease and anxiety. Let me know if you have acidity issues and are you stressed.

You start taking lansoprazole once daily.

You also quit smoking if you do so and reduce intake of acid-causing foods, coffee and take light meals.

You will feel relief in a few days. However, if symptoms continue then report to the emergency room for further evaluation to rule out the possibility of heart issue.
