I ve been having a few symptoms over that past week or so. They include, short spouts of dizzyness and blurry vision. Also indigestion, nausea, and constipation. Today I got a nose bleed but I have gotten them occasionally throughout life. Also, I am a cashier and am constantly on my feet. Lasty, I was diagnosed with IBS about 5 years ago. Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I would explain that the dizziness and blurry vision could be related to low blood pressure or orthostatic hypotension.

For this reason, I would recommend you to closely monitor your blood pressure values and performing some tests:

- complete blood count for anemia
- PCR, ESR
- thyroid hormone levels
- blood electrolytes
- coagulation tests.

Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka
