General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Thanks for writing to HealthCareMagic, I am Dr Muhammd Ahmad, I have closely read your question and I understand your concerns, I will hereby guide you regarding your health related problem.

It seems to be just an anxiety attack there is nothing wrong if this happened for the first time and doesn't repeat it for much time,if this keeps repeating itself then there is a problem and you will need to visit your doctor avoid coffee caffeine smoking and alcohol (what ever is relevant) stay involved in physical acitvities like sports :)

I hope this answered your question, if you have more feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it.

Regards.

Dr.Muhammad Ahmad.
