What Causes Dizziness And Vomiting After Taking Lexapro?

I took Lexapro and my third day in I got sick with vomiting dizzy Ness sweats hot but cold with goose humps and I couldn t focus. I felt fine less than 12 hrs later, I don t feel like I was sick from illness I feel like it was the medicine. Is this common side effects?

Lexapro is class SSRI which treats anxiety and depression in adults. it has wide range of side effects like nausea, dizziness, vomiting, increased heart rate, dizziness , diarrhea etc.
You should seek medical attention / consulting doctor when these side effects persist continously or you have problems of serotonin syndrome.
Serotonin syndrome includes combination of fever, agitation, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, palpitations, shivering and muscle stiffness.

2. Your age and any comorbid conditions if you are having.
