my 20 year old son was in car accident on Feb 5, rear end collision. He was diagnosed with neck sprain and concussion. Give nausea meds, flexural and motrin. Woke up this morning complaining of feeling like he was going to pass out. Health nurse at college did eye test where he had to follow he finger. His left eye was twitching and he could not focus in class. He is currently in emergency room in Charlotte NC, I am just a nervous wreck trying to figure out what else could be wrong, he is complaining back and head hurt feels pressure
