What Causes Dizziness And Tinnitus While On Medication For Typhoid?

Hi I m having troubles with my health since I was infected by typhoid and I went to many doctors, they gave me antibiotics but I hear some kind of noise in my ears and don t know why, my treatment ended a week ago but I feel this noise in my ears and it doesn t stop I also have dizziness, anxiety and queasiness I d be so thankfull if you could help me, thank you

Based on the history you have shared, the most probable causative medication with the kind of side effects appear to be ciprofloxacin as it is notorious to cause such symptoms though it's otherwise very effective for the enteric fever. If it's intolerable other safer Alternative can be cefixime or azithromycin which can cover enteric and are not associated with these side effects.
