Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms could be related to different possible disorders: an electrolyte imbalance, thyroid dysfunction, anxiety or blood pressure fluctuations.

For this reason, I would recommend you to closely monitor your heart rate and blood pressure values during those episodes.

Other tests to consider would be:

- complete blood count for anemia
- blood electrolytes
- thyroid hormone levels.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best wishes, Dr. Aida
