Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, deficiencies of micronutrients like B12, B6 and folic acid deficiencies may present like this, Thyroid functions may also be done. If numbness or parasthesias persists, detailed neurological examination by a neurologist will be needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
