What Causes Dizziness And Tingling Sensation In The Body?

I am a 28yr old female , the past few days I have been having light headedness, tingling all over when I stand to do anything. I recently found out I am 5 weeks pregnant so I ended my daily medication of escitalopram 20 mg, reduced my kratom intake from 3 capsules to 1 prn (for back pain), and reduced my nicotine (to quit ). Are these dizzy, light headed symptoms side effects or something else like anemia that I should check on quickly? This is my 4th pregnancy, and the first time I ve ever felt like this.

Hi, I think you should go for evaluation first. Consult a gynecologist. Get a hemoglobin level checked. Also get a ultrasound done to see the fetal well being. You can take folic acid, progesterone supplements and bed rest. Don't take any medicines by yourself. Consult your doctor before continuing any of the previous medication.
