Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Dizziness And Throbbing Headaches While Of Cefdinir For Sinus Infection?
I have been taking Cefdinir for the last 3 days with 7 more to go for a sinus infection. I ve have been having some dizziness, little head throbbing on one side at the temple. I have blood pressure issues which is why I take propranolol. I just wondered of taking these medications together would cause those symptoms or just the antibiotic alone.
Thanks for asking at Healthcare Magic. I read your question and I understand your concern. Neither antibiotic nor metoprolol commonly cause headache, its the underlying disease that causes it. Do Xray Paranasal sinuses. Take Advil with two glasses of water. Do steam inhalation and decongestants. Hope it helps best.
