What Causes Dizziness And Sweating?

Hullo, I am 18 years old, and an elite level athlete, so I am physically in top shape. Watching a hockey game I started to feel really hot and sweaty and yet I could feel that my hands were freezing cold, i smelt some crab, and I then felt like i was going to throw up, so I headed towards the bethroom. I made it about ten steps before I started to feel extremely dizzy to the point where I almost passed out. I had to force myself to walk, and my legs felt almost numb. I sat down and everything was spinning. 5 minutes later I was compleatly fine.

Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.

The symptoms you have mentioned are mostly are of hypoglycemia. That is some times when the sugar levels are too low and not enough to supply energy for the body. This also happens when exposed to heavy temperatures also. This usually happens when we don't eat enough for long or more work out that energy level are nil. Brain doesn't get enough energy.

During that time if we take some rest lying down and legs raised, brain recovers. What we need to do is to take some sugar, glucose etc., To prevent it we should take care of energy levels according to the requirement of body levels.

Hope this guides you. For any other queries you can write to us. we will be happy to help you. Thank you.
