What Causes Dizziness And Severe Headache After Skydiving?
My son went skydiving today. On way home he was dizzy and got a severe headache. He also got nauseous and threw up when we got home. His headache is so bad he says he can t even think. Should we go to hospital it is this something simple like motion sickness?

Here your son can have eustachian tube swelling means inflammation or viral infection that can lead reffered headache and dizziness also ....
Your physical examination including otoscopy ear examination also has to be done.....
If congestion or inflammation is present than diominic dca like decongestent given....
For dizziness if needed betahistine can be prescribed ...
For headache if needed paracetamol like analgesic given....
According to cause specific treatment guided after examination....

Advise : otorhinolaryngologist consultation for examination....
