Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Usually once a day I feel a little dizzy just sort of blah. Sometimes it last 20 minutes up to 1hour, It’s not a strong feeling just a slight dizziness and lightheadedness. One morning for a couple hours I had it for two hours. I’m not on any medication and I checked our home for carbon monoxide and no problems there. I have a little bit of pressure in the front of my head like a light headache when this happens; but it doesn’t last long. I’m just wondering if I should call my doctor. I had this now for about 2 1/2 weeks. I am 53 yrs old and could not be pregnant.

General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hello,
Such headache with dizziness can be due to refractory error of eye/ sinusitis/eye or ear problems or high blood pressure. A prolonged headache needs medical check up to find cause and have specific management (medicines/spectacles).
Take pain medicine like Paracetamol ORC after food and consult a physician, if no relief.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale
