What Causes Dizziness And Nausea?

woke up in the middle of the night and wasnt able to focus and room spinning. sudden nausea i sat up i managed to walk around and put a cold compress on my neck to sleep. this happend again twice that night. today i have been light headed and shaky all day.

Hi thank you for seeking opinion.Your appears to be what is called vertigo which is commonly due to altered body balancing mechanism which is done by an apparatus inside the ears.It can be controlled by drugs.
