What Causes Dizziness And Nasal Pain After Hitting Nose?

Me and my friend were playing with out eyes close & i hit my nose on the top of her head & its been hurting ever since mostly on the bridge of my nose its really hard & it hurts but i dont see swelling & now my head is starting to feel light headed & that empty feeling inside..it hurts when i blow my nose...shoudl i go get it checked out

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of trauma over nose causing pain over bridge on the nose and geadsche.
The cause is obviously the trauma.
Since you have got symptoms, I would advise you to go for ENT endoscopy and CT scan of brain, basr of skull and nose.
You can then be started on proper anti-inflammatory treatment.
Watch for the following:
Liquid from nose.
Headache alteration.
Nausea and vomiting.
Change of sensorium and report to ER.
