What Causes Dizziness And Low Blood Sugar Levels?
This morning I lost my balance I through I sugar had drop I set down and ate some peppermint candy and drunk a coke I felt better I had not ate very much 6 hours later I ate a good meal and got to get up the same happen I sit down again and ate some candy I feel somewhat alright now just afraid to go to bed for the the night what do I do

It is because of hypoglycemia you had suffered from fall and dizziness.
There is nothing to worry right now but it is better you report tomorrow emergency room for blood sugar tests to rule out the possibility of diabetes.
Starvation, low glucose level and loss of electrolytes can cause such issues.
