What Causes Dizziness And Lightheadedness In A Diabetic And Hypertensive Person?

I do not take meds for diabetes but doctor says to lose weight to prevent meds- sometimes blood sugar is up to about 150 - right after eating i measured and it was 190- I have been painting all week due to a disaster back up in sewer and the whole bottom floor needing refurbishing, I am up and down on ladder and when I look up especially, I am getting dizzy and lightheaded. I am 65 years old and also have high blood pressure. Am I in a danger zone- Doctor was giving me until January to reassess meds

Following are the causes of premature ejaculation:
Stress, performance anxiety, elevated penile sensitivity,drug induced and prostatitis.

Advice are below:
Distract your mind from sexual stimulation, withdrawing the penis altogether, purposefully ejaculating before sexual intercourse
use more than one condom with lidocaine gel
Use squeez technique to reduce excessive arousal, try women on top position, do regular excersice
If not resolved then you can use sildenafil or paroxentine 30 minutes before the sex.
