What Causes Dizziness And Hearing Loss?

For the last two or so weeks, my head has been fuzzy , as if I ve taken antihistamines. On 8/25, I lost hearing in my left ear. It returned 2 days later, but I still feel fuzzy and sometimes my hearing is odd. Should I see an ENT? I got some over the counter decongestants, but am not feeling great.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Disorders of the inner ear can cause dizziness.
I suggest you to continue the antihistamines.
If the symptoms continue you should see an ENT doctor for a physical examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
