What Causes Dizziness And Headache Post Head Injury?

Last week I fell forwards down ten concrete steps and hit my head at the bottom. Apart from the bumps and bruises, sprained wrist and some upper back pain, my real concern is that I have a low degree headache and dizziness which seem to build as I become more active, or use the computer. I can even feel dizzy sitting in the chair doing nothing. How long will this last?

As long as the head injury is concern this is the rule that this need to be kept under the observation for 48 to 72 hours because any thing could happen during this time period, better to get done the CT of head, hope this information helps, take care.
