What Causes Dizziness And Headache During Bowel Movement?
Hi, when i m on the toilet and I ve literally just pooped, i go all dizzy like i m about to pass out or black out and i get a extreme pounding headache more to my left side. I don t push hard at all, it s when i push even the slightest bit...please help, its been happening for i think a year or longer but its just getting worse...thank you.

You could be having low blood pressure. I advise you to lie down and keep your legs elevated over two pillows for about 15 minutes. Drink plenty of water. Avoid smoking or drinking alcohol.
