What Causes Dizziness And Headache After A Head Injury?

I bumped my head quite hard yesterday, felt dizzy and sick after, went to sleep with what felt like I was going to wake up with a headache, woke with the same feeling, every time I shut my eyes my brain feels like it s getting smaller (the feeling I get before I get a migraine) and now I have a numbness/dead feeling in my left upper arm

Hello. I have gone through your question. You need to take this seriously. Numbness in arm is not a good sign. It may indicate damage to the brain. Go and see your doctor. Get a CT scan of brain done. Follow up with me for future concerns. Thanks
