General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Most common cause for dizziness in a diabetic patient is hypoglycemia (low blood sugar).

Go for a random blood sugar level to know the blood sugar level. If the blood sugar level is persistently low, insulin or other drugs must be stopped or dose must be reduced.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
