What Causes Dizziness And Fatigue After A Miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage and needed to get the embryo removed surgically. It has been two weeks since then and I am having dizzy spells followed by fatigue. Is this the result of the hcg leaving my system or a sign of infection? I am not bleeding, do not have a fever and I am not suffering from severe cramping.

Good day and thank you for posting this question. Sorry about the miscarriage. You will need to check your blood level at the hospital, it might be you loose a lot of blood during the miscarriage and the surgery. Low blood volume could make you feel dizzy and fatigued. Kindly check your Packed cell volume (PCV) or haemoglobin at the hospital.
I hope it helps.
Thank you.
