What Causes Dizziness And Fast Heart Rate?
last night i went to bed and i was try to sleep i start feeling dizzy and weak i had my heart bitting so fast i was so scared since then i steel feel the same am feeling very dizzy and week also my heart bitting very fast i went to see a doctor he told me may be is anemia is that what it is?? or i have something else can u please tell me what to do????

Generally, palpitations commonly happen because of anemia, dehydration and anxiety. Kindly get a CBC, F/PPBS, TFT, vitamin B12 done and consult a physician with reports for further treatment.
