What Causes Dizziness And Excessive Sweating?

I had a dizzy, nearly fainting spell today. It concluded after my clothes were saturated in sweat and my husband got me a Coke. I had worked out that morning, intense cardio and then donated plasma. I was in line at a restaurant when it happened. I have low BP, it read 92/58 when I went to donate, and that s typical for me, occasionally it s lower. This is probably not indicative of a bigger problem, likely just low blood sugar or low BP?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
Intensive exercises followed by plasma donation made excessive physical exertion .. which had exhausted lot of energy & lead to low blood sugar. You have tendency for blood pressure... all of this worked together to low energy supply to body/ brain causing fainting.
If you have this blood pressure habit... you should go through investigations to assess your cardiovascular system to find the cause .. have specific treatment & adopt suitable life style to prevent recurrence.Pl. consult a heart specialist.
Thanks.
