I woke up having a dizzy spell where the room was moving very fast, even with my eyes closed. I had cold sweats as well. The dizziness went away and came back a couple of times. I am fine at the moment except for feeling a bit weak. I also have noticed a slight problem in my right eye that feels like there is something pushing up against it, though I can t explain it any more than that. I have had tinnitus for about 10 years. My ears ring louder at times than others. I have noticed the ringing being louder the past few days than normal. The upper part of my body feels like I have rubbed menthol all over it. I am 62 years old. I do 8 sprints of a minute with a minute walk in between regularly (up to three times a week). But I have not done so consistently for the past month or so. I also feel a little bit shaky at the moment.
