What Causes Dizziness Along With Tremors In The Body?

2 days ago I was helping install hardwood flooring in this house. I wasn t nailing only lining up the wood and measuring and cutting the wood. Nothing strenuous but I was getting light headed and shaky and fell really strange I also had a headache when I would bend over. I thought it might be from not having a good breakfast but it continued even after I ate lunch why

By your history and description, we should definitely rule out brain related pathology for your symptoms.
So better to consult doctor and get done clinical examination and MRI brain.
If MRI is normal then no need to worry for major brain pathology.
Sometimes, vitamin b 12 deficiency can also cause similar symptoms.
So take vitamin B12 supplements.
