What Causes Dizziness Along With Palpitations And Breathing Difficulty?
Hi. I m 27yo female, 5 7 , 150lbs. In the last year I ve suddenly felt like I would lose consciousness twice, both times my heart felt like it was beating hard and slow and it was hard to breathe. Both times it went away after an hour or so. What steps should I take to find out what s going on?

Heart racing mostly is not serious, however, episodes that last for an hour and are associated with chest tightness or fainting always need assessment.
You should go to your doctor. The best thing is we initially get a heart tape besides proper examination. More tests may be done accordingly. But you must see your doctor about this.
