What Causes Dizziness Along With Nausea And Headache?

I ve been off balance, nauseous, headache, dizzy and have had a pain in neck since Nov 15th. I went to dr had white blood count checked, normal. Yesterday I had an MRI done on my head and cervical spine and nurse from dr office called to say it was normal. I m very frustrated because I m still feeling this way and at times, I feel like I need to hold something due to I think I m going to fall down. I do get intermittent pain around ears down to jaw. No chest pain.
