What Causes Dizziness Along With Headaches?
I have had a dizzy feeling for the past 3 weeks my head feels heavy at all times I wake up with headaches and sharp pains on my forehead. Since this started I feel as though I cant focus properly with my eyes. I have come off a cold 4 weeks ago. The dizziness does not seem to subside my ears feel full and blocked at times but my hearing is as normal

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
In case of severe cold, flu or sinusitis, dizziness and ear block occurs due to et tube( tube connecting middle ear and nose) dysfunction.
you need antibiotics, nasal decongest drops, for that you need to see an ent surgeon.
meantime, do valsalva manovere( watch utube video).
