What Causes Dizziness Along With Fatigue?

I have had light headedness, and fatigue which affects my quality of life. After many tests, my doctor says it is due to scar tissue after having had a benign brain tumor removed in 2007. I keep looking for another answer. Is this the result of the tumor remor

Thanks for your query on HCM

I do understand your concern

As per your question I may say that there are many pathological causes responsible for it and scar tissue is not solitary responsible for it at all. You can apportion your present MRI scan report here to verify and attest it. If it is due to past surgical procedure then you require physiotherapy for it. Do check your iron and B-complex level and redress it. Do an ECG/ECHO to ruled out cardiac inception.
