General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Fluid on heart with possible enlargement suggest endocarditis from various issues. And the fluid in the head or ears is a definite sign of underlying inflammation of bacterial, viral or fungal lesion.I strongly recommend to consult with all the reports as scanned copy for further management guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel, General & Family Physician
