Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms could be related to an ocular problem. For this reason, I recommend consulting with an ophthalmologist, for a physical check up.
I would also recommend correcting your posture when reading on the computer or phone. A wrong posture of the cervical vertebral column, can trigger dizziness and neck pain.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards, Dr. Aida
