What Causes Dizziness After An Aortic Valve Replacement Surgery?
I have recently had heart surgery aortic valve replacement and single vein replacement. It has been approx. 1 1/2 months and tonight I have had episodes of dizziness almost to the point of passing out. It also happened when I was sitting down, and has left me with a headache. Any ideas what this could be or if it is serious enough to go to the er.

Have you checked your blood pressure during these episodes? I don't think its something to worry about, might be from changing in ABP. Check your ABP.
