What Causes Discomfort Scar Tissue On Left Side Of Rib Cage While Sitting?

I have been having issues with scar tissue on my left side under my rib cage. When I sit up the tissue catches under my rib and I have to try to relax and breath and sit or stand up to let the tissue (or whatever this is) let go. When it does it starts to spasm. I have been trying to get this taken care of since 2010. Now I have to go in for a second colonoscopy tomorrow. I had a CAT done in 2010 which showed something there but that is as far as it got. I am now having problems swallowing and can t eat that much.

HI
Well come to HCM
The history given here could be suggestive of some muscular pain and not the scar tissue, muscular spasm would be very likely and this can be best managed with Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac three times in day, because of the stress chances of developing hyperacidity would be likely and this could be the reason of swallowing difficulty, for this you can try Tab Omeprazole 40mg once in day, hope this information helps, take care.
