What Causes Discomfort In The Right Breast After Aortic Valve Replacement?

Yes, in April of this year I had Aorta replacement. I am now experiencing some discomfort in my right breast as well as some in my left breast. It feels like needles going across my breast and tender when my clothing touches it. It is time for my mammogram but I am concern that it might hurt, as the incision at the top is tender. The mammogram machine pulls at the breast. I don t know what to do.
