What Causes Discomfort In The Rectum While Walking?
Hello, What should I do if I have a discomfort in my rectum when walking? I recently had an episode where I squatted and blood gushed out. I have had hemorrhoid problem and about 10 years ago had procedure where they were shrunk. I do see blood in the toilet about twice a month. Any idea how serious this could be? Thanks, Al

I Appreciate your concern.Recurrence rate of hemorrhoid range between 20%-54%,this mean there is no long term management option.
There are other cause of bleeding per rectum(depend on your query) like anal fissure which can differentiate between them by physical examination.
