What Causes Discomfort And Tightness In Breasts?
I am 48 yr old female and going through hormonal changes....my left and right breasts have feelings of tightness and tenderness. I constantly check for lumps or different muscle feelings but I dont feel any significant bumps....Is that a symptom of pre menopause?

if I would have been your doctor i would have done sonomammography to rule out any mass in the breast just to be on safer side because breast cancer is silent killer. so please get it done.
