What Causes Difficulty To Ejaculate While Having Sex?

Hey!! good morning i m james from Qatar. I have a problem while having sex actually, my spam not comes out while having sex so that i feel sometime i m gay and i need to help by hand. Could you please tell me why is happening? and what is solution for that?

You are not able to ejaculate while having sex but do ejaculate after masturbation .

This is most likely to be due to inadequate sexual stimulation of penis during intercourse where as you ejaculate while masturbating due to adequate sexual stimulation of penis by firm grip of your hand over penis .

You need to change the sex positions during sexual intercourse .

Spend more time in foreplay.

Taking Sildenafil (Viagra) will help to get good hard and sustainable erection for a long time and to ejaculate .
